can someone help!

I recently purchsed a mitsubishi mt1401fd, the 3 point hitch, just stopped functioning, I have, replaced the fluid checked the level, cleaned the
filter, and rebuilt the prportioning valve, I have fluid going to the pump, at the proportioning valve, but have no indication that the 3 pt hitch is engaging or getting fluid, all other hydraulics(front loader and pto) are working I am at a loss on what to do next, any suggestions.
