As long as they eventually pay Id think you dont want to scare them away as a future customer.I know an electrical contractor who only gets paid for the last job when he starts a new job for that customer.Personally that would drive me crazy but he figures as long as they keep eventually paying and he dosent look at past bill dates money is coming into his business.Six months behind but stiil making money.
