Hey Galen, just remembered, it warned that some video cards don't work, if you get a complete washout-could be that. Sorry. To test, scroll from North America over to mid east and then zoom in on Bagdad. Some places in US are great, like Kansas City, and some are terible, like my farm and Allan's.
