It looks like collecting is a common problem.... I have decided to totally cease doing business with the customer that is hard to collect from. I have done all of their plastic mold work for almost 13 years. Over that time, at my expense, I have developed many fixtures, processes, CNC programs, etc. to repair & refurbish their tooling. If they are willing to lose my knowledge & expertise, just to weasel out of a 10,000.00 bill, I guess they will suffer a bigger losss than I will. On the other hand, I have some great customers, I love doing work for them, & they are punctual on payments. I often go the extra mile for them...
