Yeah - we insulated the attic, Put batts in the walls where we could and blew in insulation in the rest. Installed new window and doors, and will be installing siding this fall. The ceilings were already lowered so we didn't have to do that. This house is WAY better then the one we used to have. It had been added onto several times and air circulation was a problem. MUCH nicer here!
