Redmud,Easy way to get the suckers is to take a 5 gallon pail,a cloths hanger, pill tube and peanut butter. Here goes, drill two holes-one on each side on top of pail to fit wire hanger.Take pill tube and melt or drill each end to slide wire thru. Now cut the hanger so you have enough to reach from one side of pail to other, slide wire thru one side of pail thru pill tube and out the other side of pail.Bend the ends of the wire to keep from sliding out of the holes in the pail.Center pill tube on the wire and cover with peanut butter. Now take a couple pieces of scrape wood and make ramps up to the wire.Make sure the the pill tube spins on the wire and fill 1/4 full of water. With this set-up I"ve hade more than a dozen just overnite. When freezing out don"t add water and they will die from exposure. This set up can be modified to suit whatever you have on hand.Good luck and let us know how it works out.
