I have only put in two culverts in my life so my advice is worht exactly that. I would go with one bigger one. The company that I got mine from saidthat plastic was for ever but needed a deeper cover than galvanized. The town provided me with crushed shale to fill with for free. I could have used bank run but the they would have required a bell on the head end of it.
