None of it is going to be very cheap but check with local electric motor rebuild shops and they should be able to sell you some red insulating enamel in a spray can. Some of it may be green, red or clear and acrylic or epoxy and different ratings. Grainger or Sherman Williams is another place you might find it. I get some clear acrylic because it drys faster and the red kind in spray cans from Grainger.
