I don't think the anti-freeze will work in warm weather, only in cold weather when all other water sources are frozen over. One idea I know for sure works, a 5 gallon bucket, about half full of water, and some food that the mice really like floating on top of the water. Make a ramp out of whatever so the mice can get to the top of the bucket, they will then go in after the food, and they cannot climb up the slick sides to get back out, so they drown. You will need to empty the bucket at least once a day for a few days.
