I've been following this thread since it's inception. I have started to post my $.02 worth a couple times, then changed my mind. Now I'm gonna give it a go....

Young or old, there's a certain element that just CAN'T learn from someone elses mistakes. Young or old, there's a good many folks that can't accept the fact that someone else might be able to do just as good, if not BETTER, all the while, doing it different than they....

Those people are at a dis-advantage in life. No matter how far they've made it, they won't do as well as they COULD have.

Over my years, I've learned that there are some things I just can't change. There's a lot of things that don't need MY changing them.

Sometimes I just remain quiet, leaving my opinions to myself. (Shut up and listen, as my dad would tell me) Other times, I give my thoughts, then when someone disagrees with what I KNOW worked well for me, I just say "OK, You're right sir". No need in argueing....

Bottom line, I'm only responsible for my own actions. I TRY to be helpfull when asked, but realize I can't force my beliefs on someone else.

And when they slap me down for trying to be helpful, I can only wait with baited breath until they're back on here a few days later to tell the tail of their great "learning experience".

$.02 worth, from an old dumb dirtfarmer......
