I can empathize big time. I have gained a thousand times the education from the years in my career than from my formal schooling.I also have credtials and certifications that require much continuing education. I work with the public daily trying to help people do what is right and profitable with their property and crops. I can still learn from those that have someting to offer. But it slaps one in the face when you give your best from your heart and then am told that so&so (a novice) said do this and that. Makes you want to say "what did you ask me for?" But you can't do that. You just let them decide and provide the goods and services they request. Thanks for the opportunity to vent.
