PATENT DECAL ON 1938 A JOHN DEERE

DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY INFORMATON ON THE SMALL PATENT DECAL THAT LISTS THE U.S. PATENT NUMBERS THAT THE TRACTOR IS LISTED UNDER. ALL I KNOW IS THAT IT WAS YELLOW WITH EITHER BLACK OR RED FONT. ANY HELP ON FINDING THE PATENT NUBMERS OR PERSON WHO CAN MAKE THE DECAL WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!
