If this is on the right-of-way (easement) of the public roads system, they may specify a minimum size. Be sure to comply with that regulation. In NC it is now 15" ID, used to be 12". Two smaller ones are much more likely to clog. My son works for Hancor, so I suggest their lined corrugated pipe. Comes in 20' lengths.
