What year is it!!!!!

I just recently got my hands on a old MM. It has no ID plate left on it anymore. On the Left side tranny case is has RT100 cast into it, The engine is a EE serial # 01707231, it also has a pretty big loader mounted to it. Does not have a pto or 3 point hitch like a regular farm tractor. Any help would be welcome, I want to restore it back to new if possible. If you have any info or would like to see a pic please e mail me i do have digi pics i can send. I live in Northern Idaho and MM are rare up here. Thanks
