I have repaired some cracked dies so they would not leak, using Devcon epoxy. Then. I would pour some Low-Viscosity Loctite in the water channels, & apply air pressure. The air forces the Loctite into any small cracks, where it hardens. Some of the repairs have lasted for years, running water from 150 to 210 degrees. I think the Loctite grade is 290, also refered to as Wick & Lock.
