Mine was stuck in forward and reverse for a little while. What happend is last winter I rebuilt the shift linkage, new bushings, built up the worn linkage. I also rebuilt the control module on the side of the trans with new springs and o'rings. In the process it looked like I puckerd one of the metal gasket/shim pieces around a bolt hole allowing fluid to leak around it. Mine would go forward a little ways then stall out. New metal gasket/shims (what ever they are called) fixed mine. btw is the hyd remotes stuck on? good luck
