Davis, About three or four weeks ago a fellow stopped by the house while we were doing some cleanup out front (this is a rental house, vacant at this time) and wanted to buy it for $500. I told him it wasn't for sale. He wasn't too happy about my answer. He also said he had a rollback truck--he's my prime suspect....like you said--quite a coincidence....
