Speaking of lawyers, I was told (dont know if its true) that in Texas if you wanted to file a lawsuit a board of review had to sift through your claim and then make a recommendation to the board if it was to be heard by a judge and go to trial, just to cut down on the junk lawsuits like hot coffee spilled on your leg, people suing car companies for drunk driving and so on. America would be better place if the ambulance chasing lawyers would fall into the sea.
