Down here we just "chunk em up" as "nuggets". That way you can get more in the cooker and not have to cook it as long :)

We can have them ol' boys from LA bring over some crawfish and that Cajun special seaoning. We can fry the fish in corn meal from someone's hammermill and if a lil' kick is needed add some of that Cajun seasonin! Heck maybe get some musicians and play some Bluegrass or Zydeco.
