The cab should pivot on hinges that are shop made
or bought not on the front bumper. The bumper is
removed and then the brackets are put in the same
holes. It's a straight forward job, but you need
plenty of overhead room to tip the cab. It is best
to put a limiting cable on the cab so it doesn't
over tip. You need a good hoist as that engine is
very heavy. I had to tip my cab to remove my 20spd
trans to rebuild. It's an education to say the
least. Good luck.
