Its probably nothing more than very high priced hydrogen peroxide.You can usually buy a whole pint of it in a drugstore for a buck.And yes, adding an ounce of it to each cell once every year has shown to extend the life of a battery,sometimes as much as 13 years that I personally know of.Hydrogen peroxide is 02 and is very unstable.Add it to a battery cell and it will quickly convert the build up sulfate back to sulphuric acid.It fizzes and bubbles but it can also restore a dead cell in some cases. Put some on your hair and it will quickly mate up with the pigment in your hair turning it white in short order.
