Wow, this sounds similar to a case I know! There's a person in our area that has a tool shop and several employees. He also had a collection of restored Massey Harris tractors, he had about every model from the 1940's to mid 50's (including a 444 and 555). One day I saw him and asked about his collection, I knew of someone that had a 'Pony' for sale. He said he had to sell his collection to pay bills! A local manufacturing plant that he did work for and owned by a national corp. went bankrupt. He said even though the local plant was making money they were exempt from paying what they owed because they belonged to the corporation. Sad how the big guys can stomp on the little ones.
