I have no problem with folks filing BK due to medical bills. Further, there are numerous situations that people fall into, often of no fault of their own and BK is sadly the only answer. However, in the past 10 years the majority of BKs I have seen have zero or very little medical debt. Certainly some could be hidden in credit card balances, but the majority of what I see is the wanna-be-yuppie trying to live a life they can not afford. I miss a lot of business because I pass on the rediculous and high risk loan requests, but there is always another bank to gobble it up. As for the leniency on business in the BK law, I cann't defend it and won't try. And I will be careful around that gas main...makes ya a little nervous with that much gas spewing in the air and lighting striking all over the horizon... Dug
