Jim, I echo what Allen & Ken said. ABOVE ALL...Be Calm, Be Nice & Smile even if you would rather yell your head off. You can catch more flys with sugar than vinegar! Talk to the Shop manager , then the Owner if possible to get you problem resolved. Belive me they do not want bad press on the street about thier shop. Shops are the lifes blood of a dealership. The good press you put out to your friends and neighbors can be of most value to him, for you will tell All, to take their shop work there to get fixed. Then visit about a loaner, Ooooor a reduced rate on a Rental, since you were counting on your tractor being back in 2 weeks and now it is going to take longer than anticipated to fix the problem.
