Just had a hair-brained thought... Get a load of manure and put the fly predators in that as a giant fly trap :) Can't offer much advice but commisserate a bit. Our area used to be a big poultry area, and you'd see the fly blooms every so often. Can remember on house a good mile from the nearest manure pit and they did get thick sometimes!
