I'm getting plenty of gas out of the carb bowl, I've taken it off with the gas tank still hooked up and had a steady stream. I didn't see a filter, and it's stored inside. I'll try taking it off the mower and look up inside the needle area for a clog. I've cleaned out the eensy-weensy jet that is visible from the side of the carb when installed already.
