Allen, That is great news!!!!! Glad you got it done. I can understand how the lady feels, at least it wasn"t a forced sale. I was 400 miles away in the AF when my dad sold his place, I couldn"t buy it because of the Mrs, now happy to say ex-Mrs, I should have canned her then and bought it, The day it closed I couldn"t muster the strenght to get out of bed. I have my own place now and a newer model of the Mrs (much better model, more features and easy to get along with), When we closed on this place three years ago, we were both WhooooooHoooooo!
