The rights of private property have been revoked. If one reads this ruling - nowhere does it say anything about this being limited to realestate!!! It simply states PRIVATE PROPERTY, using this ruling as the "Law of the Land" any municipal or state government can sieze property for "The Public Good".
Mayor likes your new boat - it can be legally seized "fro the public good". State can't pay for school finance (like here in Kansas), that private property in your bank accounts can dissappear real fast.
