Congrats, Allan! Hope you have a good time getting dirty! We moved an old farm house onto our place and redid the whole thing. We invited the people who used to live in it over to see the progress. They are glad to be able to come see "Grandma's House", and have even made several videos for others in the family who don't live close. The lady you bought from would probably love a video so she can "visit" whenever she wants.
