Allen, look at it this way. She wouldn't have sold it if she had a way of taking care of it. You are going to take far better care of the place than she could and keep the place from getting all run down and grown up. It's the best all around. I understand the bittersweetness of the situation but, probably the best for all. Good luck and have a good day.
