It just happened here, a new Fly-over is being built to replace a rotary traffic circle and around ten homes were razed. I wish I new one of the owners that were displaced to find out more about how that works. I know they had no choice. I hope they were paid very well for the loss of thier homes. I can almost understand Highway programs but yesterday's ruling said " Private business development". Does that mean Dunkin Donuts can level your home? I'm still not sure what to make of it.
