Actually, is a "state" owned company, which is the Chinese government, and isn't exactly a proposed buyout, but rather a hostile take over - sell at our price, or we'll force the price of your stock to drop, and we'll get you for much less. Oughta be interesting. Personally, I'd have to think is a national security issue, and is gonna have to be squelched. We'll see. We'll see.
