Just yesterday on the local call-in radio "Trading Post" program there was a ideal setup for a business.
A Lady was offering to sell her deceased husband's seamless gutter business. Included was a forming machine, 8 rolls of material, tools, ladders, scaffolds...all for $2000!
If I was changing jobs, I would look into something like this. The price I was quoted for new gutters on our home would have easily paid for this setup.
