MM UDLX Comfortractor at auction up here on Sunday

There is an original, unrestored UDLX Minnie at auction up northeast of Edmonton (near Hilliard or Chipman, Alberta) this Sunday. I have seen this tractor a few years ago, cab was off and the tractor was shedded but the cab was sitting outside. Never been restored, looked complete when I saw it. This fellows dad bought it back in the 50's from a Catholic seminary that did some farming back then. Should be interesting to see what it goes for. The auctioneers website is:
