My wife had a flat tire it was raining so hard you could hardly see the road, punch onstar , they sent a service man out changed tire, got back on the road again in about 1 hr, this all happen 100 miles from home, it was worth the cost of onstar this time. It can also find your car if someone steals it a lot faster than the cops.
