Hello Allen, Doesn't the regular tongue swing over to the right? I run a 9ft 1190 CIH, and with it swung over I can get thru a 16 ft gate with room to spare. I've pulled mine all over that way behind my truck. It's still plenty tongue heavy, but it looks like it would be balanced better. If that works for you, you wouldn't have to worry about going thru all the hassle to move the wheels around every time you want to road it somewhere and you wouldn't be out anything, cause when you get home you're gonna put it back in hay cuttin mode anyway.
