There are three separate screens in the fuel system to check. Here they are (coutesy of Ken"N"Texas). Also, a bad condensor or coil, or ignition switch that is causing the spark to get weaker as it heats up can cause the need for more fuel to keep it running, until the spark is too weak, and then it will stall, not matter what. Check the screens, and if it stops again, verify that it has a good spark while it's in "failure to start" mode. Take a spare spark plug, and bend it's gap open to about 3/16", connect it to one of the spark plug wires, and, with the test spark plug laying on metal, for grounding, crank over the engine, and verify that there's enough spark to jump that gap.
