AZ is 96" but Fed DOT allows 102" on the InterStates or any road with-in 10 miles of a InterState, so AZ allows 102" without problems.

102" Upto 191" only requires a permit but AZ plans the route for you if over 144".

Over 191" requires a permit and pilot car front and rear again with AZDOT planning your route.

Over 192" then all kinds of special rules. They moved a transformer from Calforina to Phoenix last year that required several roads to be shut down and took a week??? They sheared the king pin on one trailer, appeared to be about a 6" king pin...lol
