I don't know what your point is. One book I'm reading says by out sourcing they can save up to 50% of production. At 17 cents they're taking the cost of labor out of the equation. We can't work for free.
The answer "was" before they opened NAFTA they needed to have everyone on an even playing field. No banned chemicals, tariffs to even wages, on and on........
