Mmm mmm mmm. Your gut instinct is? Nothing like having to pay taxes on property no one can touch, neither you whom own and pay taxes on it, nor anyone else who's taxes will go to cover it. Our friggin government needs to get their sticky fingers out of the land/land owner/leasing business with OUR tax money. When they put their arm around our shoulders and say "Buddy, have we got a deal for you", bad things always happen afterwards. RUN. Sorry, makes my blood boil.
