That is and has always been a problem with the 90's. It's rare to find one that does work properly.They are noted for hydraulic problems. That tractor has an unbelievable amount of linkages,cams,pins,springs and adjustments. Everything has to be dead on,no sloppy pins,pivots etc. Try to find an original shop manual and go through the whole hitch section.The I&T manuals don't get specific enough to fix a 90.
