Maybe, maybe not. What has the tractor been doing? Has it been idling around doing nothing or has it been out working hard. Also how many hours are on it and has there been any engine work done on it. These generally are very clean burning engines, but like any diesel they will carbon up if they do a lot of low rpm work.
