As Dilbert says, the Chrysler 6-cylinde flathead was used in the 44-6 and also in the original 101 Supers. It is NOT exactly the same engine as found in trucks and cars .... the tractor (industrial versions) were a bit shorter in length I believe however people did shoehorn them into tractors somehow with a little jury rigging. I think the auto versions were a bit bigger in displacement as well.
