Hey Mark, Glad you got your rain! We know all too well about the lack of moisture out in this country; so far this year has been good, but everything is behind because of the cool temps and lack of good growing weather. Yeah, it is the unknown that is the stinker. This place has stood empty for a good many years and the 15 or so acres of buildings/corrals has all grown up to grass and I just don't know what old piece of iron is lurking where, just waiting to do some damage. However, it should be very relaxing to bring this old farmstead back to life, I would think. Just hope I haven' bitten off more than I can chew tho. :>( Allan
