Migrane, I can tell you what not to use, Spenkleglas Kote, A company I worked for put it on their boiler room floor at about 20,000 dollars and it was beautiful. If a fork lift came in the coating rolled up behind it. If water was on it for more than an hour it lifted the coating up where the water was. It was a nightmare. They put an epoxy with coloring in it on the new boiler room floor that was hard as nails and still quite nice to the eye. It was kind of pricy but ten years later is still holding up.
