If the nuts are loosening on their own then like Earl said there may be an abnormal vibration,etc at the joint causing it. Thing is though if there were a bad vibration in the driveline then you ought to feel it when your driving. If your not feeling/noticing anythign abnormal then it may simply be that the threads in the nuts are pulled and they just won't stay tight anymore. Whatever the problem I'd start by replacing the nuts. Instead of Loctite though I'd simply use a lock nut.
