2090 Case tractors are not to be operated for long periods of time in reverse with the pto running. It damages the powershift,therefore would not make the best snowblowing tractor. 5088 tractors do not have a powershift but do have a two speed. I would advise you to drive both. In one persons opinion I think the 5088 in tight places would be more operator friendly.
