I live 10 miles south of Effingham and thought I would throw a few things your way. This weekend at exit 162 there is a Porshce show put on by a local buismess and they have a nice muesum full of vettes,porshce, and bettles. They always put on a real nice show. Also two good places to eat are niemergs steak house on exit 159 or rexroats in downtown effingham west of the courthouse. I wish I could help you pass the time but farming is done and we are heading out with the camper this weekend. Hope you have a good time and the weather cools off. Troy
