Gp to the dealer most of your neighbours work with and like, tell him what you need, and also make it clear you are on a budget(if you are).
There are good usable, 3 pt hitch backhoes available, but pricey. A 4020 on 5 acres is the proverbial sledghammer nutcracker. Again, tell your dealer about 30 hp would do it.
Good luck and try for one of the major brands.
