I think its a good price for a set of steel wheels. There aren't that many out there on tractors and with reproduction of some lug types, there seems to be a greater interest in the steel wheeled trators (especially to the restorers who want their machines to be as original as posible). I think I saw the ad as skeleton wheels with all of the lugs (which aren't reproduced yet), and $400 would be good for a full set of lugs too.
